For fermented sauces generally they are shelf stable for many months, however, for sauces such as the Hometown Habanero Tangerine or Tony's Tangy Tomatillo refrigeration is recommended to extend its usability. Refrigerating any of the sauces is recommended if you don't use them as often as I do!

You sure can! The sauce would be taken under consideration and could potentially be a new line if popular enough. We are always looking for new ideas that come with pre-existing demand!
